This videos is getting viral on Facebook page - The Indian Talk where it has shown that a Bank Official is not accepting the Rs 10 notes after so many requests and some of the colleague saying you have to pay extra charge. These are shameless corrupt bank officers who are exploiting common man and harassing for the demonetization campaign.
